Yard brings you a limited edition 10" with previuosly unreleased
cuts of the late Augustus Pablo. This record was released in 2000,
a year after the death of Augustus Pablo on his label Rockers International.
Track A1 and A2, Unfinisehd Dub Pt.1 & 2 are previously unreleased
dub plates mixes by Pablo of Unfinished Melody by himself.
Recorded at Lee Perrys legendary Black Ark Studios and
mixed at the equally legendary King Tubby Studios in
Kingston Jamaica in 1976. Pablo about hitese tracks:
"When we were doin' these tins it was jus a one in di world
ting. Everybody use to say our music is unfinished. I see
dat an mek a music "Unfinished Melody" jus fe dem". B1 is a
dubplate mix of "Stop them Jah" featuring the lead vocals
of the late great Jacob Miller, B2 "New Style" is also
previously unreleased. Both tracks recorded and mixed at
King Tubbys Studio Kingston Jamaica ca. 1974.
